All of our products are sent First Class/Priority Mail. First Class/Priority Mail is usually delivered within 1-5 days of mailing. We process the orders and have them out of our office within 24-48 hours. Generally speaking, you can expect delivery of your book within 3-8 business days within the USA.
Q. What if I am having problems receiving your monthly newsletter?
Please e-mail me at Problems@amystic.com and I will contact you via e-mail as soon as I possibly can. Please include a working e-mail address. Sometimes different search engines do spam random e-mails and newsletters that are sent. I try very hard to work around this; however, if you are not receiving them, we may need to customize your e-mail further by including more information.
Q. Is your newsletter only available to Windows users?
No. Since security isn't an issue with my newsletter, I print it in PDF which means everyone can read it and resize it at their convenience.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

Q. Is it secure to pay on-line? I use PayPal to process all credit and/or debit card payments. PayPal is one of the largest and most secure shopping carts and credit card processors online. You will notice the lock at the bottom of the check-out pages that assure you your information is securely locked in.
If you order on-line, PayPal is the ONLY company to have your credit card information. Unless we place the order for you, no one at Healing You, LLC or amystic.com ever sees your credit card information.
If you order via phone, we enter your credit card number directly into a PayPal Virtual Terminal for immediate processing. Your credit card number is NEVER written down.

Q. Do you ever offer in-person readings?
All readings are currently conducted via telephone due to time and space limitations. I hope someday to free up additional time to travel to different locations and perform in-person readings, however, as of now, no such plans have been made. And because I read for people all over the world, neither do I plan on opening a commercial office in the near future, as the home office I currently use allows me much more flexibility on appointment times.
In fact, I have just recently been able to set aside additional time slots for Personal Readings. Therefore, if you would like a reading via telephone, please lock one in ASAP to assure yourself a guaranteed appointment.

No. As I can never guarantee the accuracy of future predictions...due in large part to a person's free-will choices, I have no control over outcomes. Plus, I can never guarantee which family member or friend on the other-side will come through during a particular reading, because that is entirely up to them. Therefore, I can never guarantee what you will receive. However, I will guarantee you that I will do my best for you in every reading, but I offer no refunds.
