International Mail Guidelines
We have many International Customers and have absolutely no problem shipping to International Destinations. You may of course, order any e-book on-line without needing to call for shipping quotes. However, because all Postal Organizations are different, we must share with you our policies on how we ship using different shipping destinations for our physical products. Priority Mail International Fixed Rate Envelope
Express Mail International
Express Mail International Fixed Rate Envelope. We can usually fit up to 2 separate books in either of the Fixed Rate Envelopes.
However, we cannot fit our Psychic Development Course in a Fixed Rate Envelope due to its size. It will need to be mailed either Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Express Mail is guaranteed delivery and is fully track-able. Therefore anything sent Express Mail will be guaranteed delivered. Priority Mail is only track-able down to major destinations and not to individual addresses and does take a few days longer to receive. Therefore, we cannot guarantee when delivery will be. We do not mail First Class Mail International because there are no guarantees that it will be delivered. We understand the rates are sometimes cheaper, however, once it leaves our port, we can't refund monies if package is not received due to different regulations. Any Customs, Taxes, Import Fees, Etc... will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. Again, because we have no idea of what they are or when they will be charged.
We will put the appropriate Customs forms on all of our mailings in order to help expedite delivery and reduce any inappropriate fees. However, we can never guarantee what another agency will do. We are not experts in International shipping, but we do try to accommodate all of our international customers in the very best possible way that we can. As you can see, on many of our packages First Class Mail either isn't that much cheaper than other types of mailings. The above weight is based on what two regular books might total, with the exception of our course; which will have to be mailed either Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.
