This book was not the original intent of Anna's explorations. Instead, it came as a result of the sudden realization that these answers had to be recorded and shared with everyone who had ever asked the same questions.
This search began quite innocently... After the death of her brother, Anna wanted answers about why people had to die and what she was supposed to do to overcome the loss of her brother.
She began her search for answers in the usual places...such as her church. Anna had been a devoted Catholic for all of her life and felt she could find her much needed solace there.
However, it seemed that the more questions she asked,
the more she found that the "usual" responses just weren't enough for her
any longer.
She needed more. She needed something different than the "usual' answers she was receiving. She needed closure and reassurance about her brother's afterlife, and that kept her searching for something different. Then, through a series of closely interwoven events, she was led to speak with Calleen; someone known to be gifted with the ability to speak with spirit. Anna was skeptical about psychics in general and held out little hope that Calleen could bring her any additional understanding about her brother's death than she had already received.
Yet, because of the encouragement from family and friends, all of whom had previously worked with Calleen, she finally relented. And thus began a long and deeply insightful journey for her into the world of the unseen.
Because what neither she nor Calleen realized at the time of their initial meeting, was that Spirit had an entirely different agenda of what was about to happen for them as a result of Anna's search.
Calleen knew that she was gifted in Spiritual Channeling because earlier in her life she had attended a Private Spiritual Advancement Program for many years through which she uncovered this ability. Yet she had no intention of using that particular gift in her work with Anna. She didn't even enter into her normal trance state in order to facilitate Spirit Channeling. Instead, Spirit just began talking through her while she was fully conscious and aware of what was being said. Something that had never happened before.
And because it came through so pure;
without any type of expectation from either of them, they both knew almost immediately that this information must be recorded exactly as it was given...
Without any altering or editing of any type.
And so it was... From October 1999 to February 2000 Anna met with Calleen on many occasions to gather, record and document her findings; with the mutual understanding that she would take the information she gathered from these sessions and eventually publish it for all to see.
